I first heard of making zucchini candy from my friend who raved about how good it was. I thought she was a little over excited about it, so I jumped on the internet and found that others were just as excited. Now, after finally finding a use for my last zucchini, I am just as excited to share the method for making this addicting treat.
Although they are not the most attractive looking snack, they really are delish and have the texture of real gummy worms! Just one more way to get my family to eat their vegis.
