Grilled Sweet Potato Wedges


We love sweet potato fries.   I usually bake them in the oven, but I decided use our grill to make them more "summery"  with grill marks.   This is now my favorite method to cook them. The texture was slightly crispy yet smooth and almost creamy on the inside. 





I seasoned the fries with lime zest and cilantro to add a fresh summer taste and a little chili powder for a smokey flavor.   Now I just need to be invited to a summer BBQ so I can make these again to share.
