Bruschetta Burger with Creamy Avocado Sauce


Fire up your grill!  This is a juicy and flavorful burger that will satisfy any carnivore's appetite.




I used ground turkey for this recipe, but it would work well with any other ground meat.    My favorite part of this burger was the creamy avocado sauce.  It is a healthy substitute to use instead of mayonnaise and has tangy kick to it.  I decided to try making homemade ciabatta rolls, which was just as easy as making regular hamburger buns.  The rolls tasted and smelled a lot like the sour dough bread my grandma would make.  With the rolls and avocado sauce, I felt like I was eating a  gourmet hamburger from a restaurant.
