Monte Cristo Casserole

April Fools Day came too fast this year, therefore the traditional prank was not planed and executed.  So I decided to make a quick dinner that had a sweet surprise in it.

I love Monte Cristo Sandwiches-  the salty ham against the tart jam-  yum!  This recipe has all the same flavors but in one, easy to assemble dish.  It calls to use Bisquick, but I never buy it so I made up my own "Bisquik" recipe that I thought turned out delicious!
